The Strategy is being published in accordance with paragraph 19(4) of Schedule 19 of the UK Finance Act 2016. This tax strategy applies to all UK operations of the DZ BANK Group (DZ BANK London Branch, DVB BANK SE London Branch and its subsidiaries, Union Investment Institutional GmbH, London Branch and Quoniam Asset Management GmbH, London Branch).  DZ BANK AG, a bank registered and headquartered in Germany, is the ultimate parent of the entities within scope of the Strategy.
