Performance-Based Pay and Additional Benefits

We offer two different, attractive remuneration systems, depending on your entry position. Employees paid according to the collective agreement receive a 13th and 14th salary as well as holiday pay in addition to their basic salary. For employees not covered by collective agreements, we reward performance with variable remuneration in addition to the fixed salary components. This is based on your individual performance, but also on the collective performance of the divisions and of DZ BANK as a whole.

Our employer services are supplemented by a number of additional benefits. You will receive 30 days of holiday as well as special leave for certain occasions. The travel allowance for tickets for local public transport/DB or the 'DZ Rad' enables you to make your commute to work cost-effective and sustainable at the same time. Our canteens and meal vouchers ensure you can get lunch.Our group accident insurance covers you not only at work but also in your free time. You can also look forward to numerous other benefits within the DZ BANK Group. We also offer cultural activities. Occupational Pension Provision

A comprehensive pension plan consists of various components and offers financial security during retirement. We aim to contribute our share: with a company pension plan. We generally pay a base amount. If the employee contributes a set amount of their own, we will double our contribution. We also offer a voluntary deferred compensation plan as a supplementary retirement plan. This allows you to contribute the variable compensation component or parts thereof on a tax-privileged basis for additional security.

Working Remotely & Working Hours

Our working environment is constantly evolving, with remote work taking on greater significance. In addition to the gradual implementation of a new room concept, our collaboration is also becoming more mobile and hybrid.

DZ BANK offers attractive opportunities to organise working hours flexibly and independently. Flexible working hours allow you to decide when and for how long you work, taking into account operational needs. Part-time models enable an ideal balance between professional commitments and personal life.

Special Benefits for Junior Employees

We support our junior employees not only in their personal development but also with special additional benefits such as subsidies for learning materials and covering study costs at the Chamber of Commerce (IHK) and Dual Universities. We reward excellent final results with a bonus payment. The package is rounded off with 30 days of annual leave, flexitime, IT hardware (laptop, headset, webcam, etc.), a 9-month employment guarantee for apprentices and bachelor's students, as well as a permanent contract for trainees.

Intangible benefits also play a role when choosing a future employer. Our junior employees can customise their programme, rotate through different areas and departments, and depending on the program, complete an assignment at another location.
